Hello, I've got RKs108 keyboard connected to Macbook Pro through Dell Dock and I'm not able to copy using ctrl+c but it works with windows +c. Tried Fn+S to turn on mac mode but still the same. Also, the keyboard won't wake up after some time of being inactive and the only way to get it working again is to unplug it and plug it back. Tried pressing all the keys and none of them work. Please help

i don't think that's a keyboard problem; you can change your language from english (UK) to english (US), that should solve the issue.

I need help, i accidentaly misconfigured something on the keyboard that annoys me a lot. The "Win" and "Alt" keys (those that are together) are reversed. FN + ENTER = it will activate number keys. for function keys, you will need to press shift+fn keys.
same goes for the arrows. FN+enter will disalbe arrow keys. they will act as the alternate keys. which is / alt ctrl etc.

It is for some reason in the settings of the RGB lighting! The problem exists only when the colors red, green and yellow are set (in RGB effects where these colors appear in it, this problem also occurs).
But with the colors blue, light blue, the problem no longer exists!
It should work for all with the problem! Let me know and forward the solution! :)

First, try Fn + A to put your keyboard in Windows mode (Fn + S is Mac mode), then Fn + Win will unlock the Windows key.

Fn + Left Ctrl toggles the function of combination keys. Press until you get the number keys working.

Try holding Fn and Space for around 5 seconds; this basically just resets your rk61

Hello. When I first asked this someone said "you use the fn + left crtl". If you press this, the problem should be resolved. There are 2 actions that this affects. The first one stops your number from being active and the second alters the letters in the middle of the board. Use the combination until both the letters and numbers are working. Hope this helps!

Fn + Space resets your keyboard, no need to do that. Just press Fn + A (which puts your keyboard in Windows mode; Fn + S is Mac mode, which switches the Alt and Win keys).

I just git the keyboard today and found that I need to hold Fn to use the backspace function and have tried to use RightShift, + Fn + LeftCtrl and that hasn't worked. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi, for RK61 how do you highlight text using the up button (ctrl + shift + arrows)? when I use the up button, it gives me the "?" instead of highlighting the text. need to figure this out as I am a frequent excel user. Thanks in advance!

Hi! To switch between using the arrow keys and the other keys on the RK61, you need to press Fn + Enter. The lights on the keyboard will flash and it will enable the arrow keys, just hit those same buttons again to go back to using the Alt, Print Screen, Control and ? keys.

Hi, when I press Fn + Enter, it indeed enables the arrow keys. Ctrl + shift + arrows (left, down, right) work for me EXCEPT FOR ARROW UP (it gives me the "?" instead of highlighting the text). What keys should I be pressing to highlight using arrow up? Thank you!

You need to turn off your keyboard and connect the type-C connector. After that, your keyboard will "turn on" automatically.

I would not suggest downloading the driver. It rarely works and is a long and complicated process. I doubt you will need it

First of all make sure you enabled arrow keys (Fn+Enter enables/disables arrow keys), then you can use *Left* Shift+Up/Down arrow to select lines as you are used to.
I own this keyboard and noticed selecting lines is possible by the left shift key only.

I don't own the keyboard but it seems like you may just activate second function of keys with Fn + Left Ctrl. Then Ctrl+Alt+Backspace would directly work. May not be the best solution...

pressing fn + ctrl turns enables the volume button stuff but also turns your backspace to delete so if ur typing and it doesnt erase anything try pressing fn + ctrl

The Windows shortcut for switching languages is Alt + Shift (hold Alt and press Shift multiple times to see and navigate the list). I don't know if this keyboard has a language switching shortcut though.

Hey! I just wanted to say that I found out what the problem was. I didn't realize that i had to hold Fn + Q to pair the keyboard with the computer/laptop. Now it all works again. Sorry for the trouble. Also i wanted to say that this keyboard is absolutely amazing for the prize!

Hi I was having the same issue, if you click Fn and the left Ctrl key it should change you keyboard to the number functionality. After that it is shift + 2 as normal. :)

Actually, in order to deactivate the arrow keys, you need to press fn + Enter , just saying ;)

so i press some keys like ctrl w and d on acident and for some reason the entire screen went to the left and another came on the right, and the one on the left (with all my tabs/apps open) was gone!

I don't own the keyboard but that sounds like Windows "snapping" hotkeys such as Windows + left / right / up / down, rather than shortcuts specific to keyboard. Maybe you pressed arrow keys by mistake?
